Accented Properties acquired this lifeless home and refurbished it into a healthy family home. We had to negotiate a number of challenges and were very strict about the materials used, to ensure we could deliver to our stringent standards.

A property investor since 1999, Hayden founded Accented Properties in 2019 with a mission to provide healthy homes for families, students and professionals.
Hayden is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Project Manager, with a wealth of property training from Fielding Financial, Richard Norris & Vicki Peers.
James Wildblood
Refurbishment Director
James brings a wealth of UK property experience to our team and is incredibly knowledgeable in getting everything to work.
James is a property investor himself with a number of long term and successful projects to his name.
Richard Saint-Ford
Design Director
Richard is a well respected design leader and is instrumental to ensure our projects are delivered with cutting edge designs.
Richard has completed a number of Interior Design projects in his other businesses.
